What is the customer service hours?

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 h to 19:00 h continuously. For telephone orders, the schedule is the same.

 

How can I pay for the order?

It can be paid in several ways, choosing the most convenient:

 

Is VAT included in the prices of the online store?

All producs presented on the web include VAT,

 

Is the transportation included in the prices of the online store?

Transportation is not included in the prices of the online store.

For shipments to mainland Spain, orders over € 39 will be free.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, orders over € 59 will be free.

For shipments to Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Italy, orders over € 119 will be free.

When are the deliveries made and how long does it take for the order to arrive?

Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The transport agency picks up the orders daily, delivering them to the destination the day after. The collections are made from Monday to Thursday, so the orders that are requested on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday do not leave until the following Monday. Anyway, the citrus fruits for these orders will not be collected until that Monday so that they arrive at the destination freshly cut from the tree.

 Orders outside Spain will be provided on Monday or Tuesday to be delivered during the current week. 

Why do Thursday and Friday orders not leave until Monday?

The orders received on Thursdays or Fridays are not prepared until the following Monday because if we sent them on Friday they would be all weekend in the warehouse of the transporter and they would not arrive until Monday at the address, taking the tangerines three days from their collection to their delivery.

 

How are the products prepared to be shipped?

The citrus fruits are picked from the tree just before preparing the order. The PREMIUM ORRI, NADORCOTT, and TANG GOLD tangerines are harvested in 4 kg mesh sacks and put into cardboard boxes with the necessary rigidity and perspiration. Said containers may be 8 or 12 kg net of fruit depending on the order.

The rest of citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemons, oranges ...) will be supplied in bulk in rigid and breathable cardboard packaging of 5, 8, 10, 12, or 15 kg net of fruit depending on the option available and chosen by the User in the Web.

Other products for sale will be supplied in cardboard or wood boxes, depending on the type of product, form and quality of protection suitable for transport.

How is the shipment made? The shipment is prepared the day after receiving the order request. As soon as it is ready, the transport agency is called to pick it up and take it to the address indicated in the order. 

 

How should I sign the delivery note?

The best way to sign the delivery note is to write down the DNI, date and time of delivery. This will help us to control the delivery times of the transport agency.

 

What happens if the Courier arrives after placing an order and no one is at home?

If when the messenger arrives to deliver the citrus there is no one at home, he will go back to make a second attempt, later or the next day. Important: Although the citrus are one more day in transit of distribution there is no problem, since they could last about 15 days, depending on weather conditions. 

 

How can I place the order?

If you do it through email you can write to info@colornaranja.es , and if you decide to do it through our online store, you just have to see what variety of tangerines you want to buy, choose the quantity, click on the buy button and follow the indicated steps.

Can I request periodic shipping of one or more boxes?

Of course. You can contact us and tell us the periodicity of those shipments. We will take note and receive the orders on the date you indicate.

 

May I cancel my order?

You may cancel it without cost and with a refund of your money if you call us before 12h00 on the day we have to send your citrus.

 

Right of withdrawal

The perishable products regulated in article 45 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation, and its subsequent modifications, have no right of withdrawal due to their nature.

To exercise the right of withdrawal for "non-perishable" products, the User must contact COLOR NARANJA (within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from receipt) by sending an email to the address info@montgoo.com.

 

How should I proceed with a return?

In cases where the User, at the time of delivery considers that the product has arrived damaged, should contact COLOR NARANJA immediately (in a period not exceeding 24h from receipt) by sending an email to the address info@info@colornaranja.es
