Information:

The yuzu is a citrus originating in China. It is similar to a small grapefruit with swollen skin. Its flesh is bitter and full of seeds. It has a grapefruit flavor with hints of green mandarin.

The yuzu is Asian citrus scent in its purest form. It is used for cooking and not for eating directly.
